Every time I come or go from the Hotel, the front desk staff always greeted me. It was close to a station and was in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. "The staff were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Their ‘no late check-in’ was a godsend due to our flights being canceled/redirected or delayed to Narita Airport instead Kansai International Airport.
I was easily able to communicate with them through the Expedia mobile app to confirm their check-in time.
