We especially loved the well-stocked kitchen and comfortable dining nook with big windows looking directly onto the beautiful garden next door and the treed backyard. The finishes throughout are modern and attractive, with many fun kids' art pieces on display including a great hand drawn map of the area that was really useful in guiding us to the ocean path and downtown. "Montera Penthouse is bright and spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. It has everything you need! Everything is within walking distance or a short drive. It's also nice that it faces the back so you don't get the traffic and noise of Main Street. Plus, you can catch a good sunset from the back deck if you can't get down to the beach in time. We really enjoyed it here!"

"Stayed one night at the end of a tour of northern CA. Close to the beach and some good restaurants and breakfast places. Private little deck to watch the light fade over the bay with a beer or the complimentary bottle of wine. I would definitely recommend staying here"
