We stayed two nights at the Jinya, and it was a great experience at a traditional Japanese Inn. It is very conveniently located a few steps off of the Tsurimaki-onsen stop on the Odakuya line, however it is a remote town so there are no other food or entertainment options besides the relaxing (and pricey) Jinya. The hotel was luxury at its finest. The staff was very helpful always always nice. We felt comfortable and never felt like the staff was judging us or trying to make things difficult. Our room was shaking with our own private onsen. That was amazing and a well deserved break in between our Tokyo vacation to just relax.

Clean,spacious, free bar, helpful staff and the pickup and dropping off at the station. The information about the pick up was not clear in their email and we hsppenef to go to the information center near the station and the kind lady their called the hotel for us. The private mineral bath felt like s hot tub.

I loved this hotel, wish I could stay longer. Lovely common areas to relax both indoors and outdoors, free drinks and snacks, alcoholic at night, as well as a lovely array of desserts in the evening. Everyone walking around in their yukatas provided by the hotel gives a very relaxing vibe. I enjoyed both the communal (had it to myself) and private onsens. I really enjoyed the welcoming front office staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and unfortunately they were out of nonsmoking rooms so we had to book a smoking room We wish there were more nonsmoking rooms available. But everything else was amazing. We will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to our friends.

Nice staff, room smells like mold. Had to request to change room twice, nice hot springs. Breakfast is ok.

It was a pleasant surprise arriving at Miss Morgan hotel, being treated kindly by staff and the room was lovely. I liked all the details and thought put into designing the room, the bathroom was so nice with the extra amenities and the bed and its linen was so comfortable. I didn't want to leave. I appreciate the little bonuses of coffee selection and bath salts on my room's floor, and also the breakfast pastries in the morning. I hope I can stay here again!

Excellent hotel in a great location. Love the daily breakfast

I was pleasantly surprised by how the room was extremely clean. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was included in the stay. The property was in a great location. I would recommend to stay here. There is much to do in Ebina. Plus it located at train station that can take you to Yokohama or Shinjuku.

Serene and beautiful. The food was delicious…each presentation a work of art. To be able to go to the dining for breakfast and for dinner in the pajamas, that were provided fresh each day, was a treat and added to the R & R. The hot springs soaking tub on the balcony of our room was pure heaven.

Staff for check in is abundant and helps with “Japanese” service. We stayed in a Japanese-Western combo room which was well updated and spacious for family of 5. 2 different big baths in annex which were both updated and nice!
