A very good value for money hotel, maybe if they can increase choices in breakfast options? That would make it even better.

Staff was very helpfull and polite. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location close to Tokyo Station. Would definitely stay here again.

The location and accommodation were quite satisfactory. Most of the staff members were pleasant, with a single exception who was unable to assist us with a dining reservation.

Very convenient everything, including stoves, microwave, washing machine, water cattle, fridge. Friendly staff. Recommend to everyone.

Booked this hotel for convenience but we were caught by surprise. The hotel is extremely clean, very comfortable for kids and us, is close to so many good restaurants and major shopping area. Yokohama has always been one of our favorite cities in Japan, so we will return.
