"I stayed in a small, but nicely put together room. I saw some of the othe rooms, also nicely put together some a little larger. The dining area was nice, breakfast only. In an area close to the lake and shopping. I would stay there again."

"Friendly staff, nice room and great location"

"We have stayed at three other hotels in Hanoi previously but this one is by far and away the best! The staff are incredibly helpful and so welcoming, the facilities are great and immaculately maintained and the rooftop bar is an added bonus! The location is also perfect as it’s walking distance from the main attractions and also right by the lake. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Hanoi."

"Our room was very clean and everyone we dealt with was very nice. The hotel is in a perfect spot for checking out the old Hanoi. Plenty of shops and restaurants very close"

"Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Room and staff throughout the hotel were amazing. Great breakfast spread with a view Great rooftop bar to have a drink after a long day of exploring. Walking distance to everything in old quarter location made this stay one to remember and will definitely be back again"

"We really loved the staff, they were so helpful. The location was perfect! The room was small, big enough for the 2 of us but might be too small for 4, unless traveling light. We used the second bed for our luggage. We had a wonderful stay and wished we could stay longer. Great staff!!!!"

"Breakfast was outstanding heaps of choices. The hotel was right in the middle of the Old Quarter Markets and restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay."
