「The hospitality of all the staff, especially Ms. Ngan Phan, was wonderful. She told us the recommended spots and restaurants for our stay in Hanoi, and helped us stay comfortably at the hotel. The last day of the flight was midnight, but it was very helpful that they kept our luggages after checking out and let us use the shower before the flight. It is a recommended hotel. I will definitely use it when I visit again.」

「The area is center of old city and several attraction and many shop, travel agent, massage shop are located. The building itself is. Or new, however room is well renovated and clean, all the staff are friendly. The room charge is much value for money. Small hotel but I am sure to recommend.」
