Beautiful boutique hotel in the French quarter in Hanoi. It's on a side street. There's two rooms per floor very clean and comfortable.Good wifi.The staff was very attentive. Amazing breakfast for such a small hotel. The food was amazing. Yes, the french quarter is a little crowded.But in your room, you wouldn't know it. I would definitely stay here again.And I highly recommend it

Nice stay!

Our stay was really pleasant. The hotel itself is old, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful, the price was unbeatable, and the location is really convenient to walking to other areas of the Old Quarter. Not a fancy hotel, but it satisfied our needs in every way and was great for a two night stay.

Close to the night market, the lake, and walking distance to many attractions including the Water Puppet theater. Staff was very helpful and even reacted quick to an illness our daughter encountered to keep our Vietnam travel on track.

This hotel is a bit hard to find as it is not in the main street, however we can walk to any places near the Hoan Kuem lake. The staff are excellent, thanks to Thuy, we will recommend this place to our friends.

The hotel is in a great location. There are many food and drink options all around all within walking distance. The staff, Rose and Chao were amazing! They were warm and welcoming, and very helpful. Throughout my stay, they both went above and beyond to make it a comfortable and memorable one.

A good place to stay for the $$. A bit noisy. That's OK because it is close to lots of city activities and food places. AC worked well. The staff was very helpful and arranged a cab for us. The front desk lady spoke very good English.

Thanks for making me feel so much at home! Had an amazing and comfortable 3-night stay at the hotel. I arrived from Sapa past midnight and the staff was waiting up to ensure that I got to the hotel safely without any issues. Julie readily arranged for my bus ride from Sapa to Hanoi and recommended great places to visit around town. It was located in one of the small alleys which might be a little hard to locate at first but was a great location to be in (close to everywhere) and not too busy. This would certainly be my top choice for another stay if I’m back in Hanoi! Thanks for making my stay, Julie and team!

Fantastic place to stay

This hotel is located in a small alleyway parallel to the main road, in the midst of many restaurants and famous attractions. Receptionist was very helpful, she can arrange any tour or request that you want. She helped arrange a tailor for us, and also recommended Halong Bay cruise from the desk. Room was clean, towels are changed every day. Power sockets are also equipped with travel adapters, although the width is not able to fit 2 wide chargers side by side. We would have booked extra days for our stay in Hanoi but they were fully booked. Thoroughly an enjoyable experience.

Friendly staff but not so clean rooms.

Located near beer street so it was convenient to get to different places, but that would also mean that it is quite noisy around the area. Both windows and walls don't seem to have good sound/noise cancellation. Staff was friendly, able to communicate in English, and they even allow us to shower at the common toilet before we left for our overnight sleeper bus to Sa Pa. Appreciate the hospitality but the rooms were a little old fashion with some spoil furnitures especially in the toilet. We also found a used teaspoon placed beside the teacups when we check-in.

This hotel is small and is located in an alley, but its interior is cosy and has lots of craftwork and decoration to give a royal like charm, as its name suggests. Service is warm and prompt, thumb up for Julie and the hotel team. Breakfast sets have many choices available, and are delicious. But they are not free of charge., counted as 50,000 VND per set, and 30,000 VND for second order.The only disappointment is TV set not working properly in the last few days of stay. Julie did promise the repair but only comes two days after. Other than that, the stay is superb and comfortable.

리셉션부터 하우스키퍼까지 모든 직원들이 친절하게 웃으며 인사해줍니다 처음 예약할때 리뷰에 좌우되기보다는 3면이 창문으로 되어있는 방 사진 한 장이 이번 여행 마지막 숙소 선택의 유일한 이유였는데 전혀 후회없는 선택이 되어 기분좋게 여행을 마무리할 수 있었습니다 조식 선택메뉴 중에 라이스 롤을 주문해서 먹었는데 담백하고 가벼운데 중독스러운 맛이었어요 홀린듯 먹어치웠습니다 체크아웃 후에 캐리어 보관을 부탁할때도, 오후에 다시 가서 가방 하나를 추가로 맡길 때도, 짐을 찾으며 샤워를 부탁할 때도 기꺼이 응대해 주는게 일반적일지 몰라도 때때로 그렇지 않은 숙소들을 만나다 보면 그게 얼마나 고맙게 느껴지는지 모릅니다 체크아웃 하기 전 피드백을 남기면서 방 안에서 나는 꽃 향기에 대해 적었는데(꽃 향기라고는 장미정도밖에 모르는 탓에 테이블에 장식해둔 꽃 향을 방에 밴 냄새로 오해하고말았네요) 공항으로 떠날때 설명해주면서 미안해하는 말 한마디까지 전부 다 고마웠습니다 공항버스에 대한 정보가 구글맵에도 하노이버스앱에도 최신화되지 않아서 600미터가량 걸어서 이동했는데 타고나서 보니 호텔에서 100미터밖에 안되는 바로 옆골목 정류장에서 공항 오는 버스를 탈 수 있더군요 비슷한 성급 다른 호텔들에 비해 가격이 조금 더 셀지 몰라도 서비스는 5성급 못지 않다 느껴져 전혀 아깝지 않았습니다 언젠가 다시 하노이에 가게 되면 주저없이 선택할 생각입니다
