「Room was very clean. Jason, the main guy, was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast and coffee was great. Especially enjoyed the friendliness of Jane when the lobby wasn't busy. Don't know why, but we were closest to the highway yet did not hear traffic noise. Maybe because we were on 4th floor. The one king-size bedroom was without a closet, it wasn't needed, because the room had hooks and hangers. Actually, kind of nice, because our stuff was visible and we didn't have to worry about forgetting...

When we checked in, the staff was so welcoming and inviting- Ciara at the front desk was very helpful, informative, and cheerful! Keith at the front desk was also a joy! Very nice and friendly! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking at bookings for hotels. 」

「家族4人と犬2匹での滞在です。ビーチまでは程いい距離で、ダウンタウンにも15分以内です。近くにはスーパーもあり便利です。まだ新しい事もあり、施設全体的にかなり綺麗でした。お部屋はミニキッチン、ソファー付きの長期滞在型でした。とても快適に３泊を過ごせました！ランドリー乾燥機が故障し、少し残念でしたがそこだけです。ドッグフレンドリーで、スタッフの方も感じが良かったです。ペンサコーラ最高でした！」
