「Friendly host. He was very accommodating when I requested to extend my trip additional days. Also a very walkable location.」

「It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. 」

「It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. 」

「Cute and comfortable upstairs apartment with all the necessities! Enough paper goods stocked for our 3 night visit to DC, not to mention shower amenities as well. We really appreciated the extra window ac unit in the bedroom on top of the central air conditioning… really made sleeping in the comfy bed a dream on these hot July nights! I can’t comment on kitchen utensils, or cooking appliances as we did not cook but there was a full stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, which had bottles...

「This is the type of property you don’t think twice about walking around barefoot. Let’s start w that. It’s clean. It’s refreshingly clean. It’s a great location. We easily walked over the yard and back. It’s actually cuter in person than in the photos. The bed is very comfortable. Sheets and towels are bright white. The kitchen was stocked w what we needed to make home made meals for our Plebe. The view from the pool is 10/10. The host is so responsive. It’s an older building so hallways a warm...

「We enjoyed staying at this house with our son and daughter and their families. It is a great house fir an overnight stay in DC - comfy and attractive!.」

「The host was great, and the house was fine overall. However, there are several things future guests should consider before booking.Noise & Access: The unit is on the middle level of a three-story property, requiring luggage to be carried up steep front steps. Located on a busy street corner, the unit experiences significant noise from sirens, music, and traffic throughout the night.Layout & Comfort: The space is long and narrow, with bedrooms at opposite ends. One bathroom is attached to a...
