「Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. 」

「Everything was excellent. Food was much better than typical all inclusive. Beautiful facility, beach, and helpful staff. The room was a little musty (just that humid/island smell). You can get aromatherapy oils to burn from your butler. 」

「La Concha was conveniently located and the staff was helpful and friendly. For the cost of the room, I would have expected a little bit more in terms of the quality of the room. The sink wasn’t working well and the faucet was loose. And while I know it’s a bar at night, the lobby music was ridiculously loud. You couldn’t even hear yourself talk when checking in. 」

「We had a great stay here. The hotel is nice, clean and updated. The rooms were a good size and have a balcony. The beach is just steps away. Pool open 24 hours. Outside bar open tipp 11 and inside one till 12. The casino is small but has a mix of games. Old San Juan was a 20 minute Uber ride away. 」
