「The room was clean and comfortable; however we woke up to no running water in the bathroom. Too bad i found out after the release of my dinner at 7 a.m. I see someone cleaning the rooms and ask about the water, but he isn't fluent in English and shows me a message on his phone that the whole building water was off and they had no idea on when it would come back on. 「Really nice room in the heart of old San Juan. The check in process is pretty choppy without there being someone actually checking you in, no flexibility on the 4pm check in which is pretty late. Also employees were really loud outside in the common areas at like 6:30-7am which woke me up and likely others. 10am checkout is a bit too early as well. For the price though it’s definitely good, would stay here again but request early check in and late check out」
