Issues: they make you sign a “Non-Responsible for theft from the room and safe box” we were scared to get robbed at that point. "This is the newest of the Rui properties in Jamaica and they have really thought about the layout & facilities. The rooms are bright, spacious and now include a separate toilet. The view from the balcony are sea view which is so beautiful. The staff are helpful & polite. The room service needs working on, they haven’t got this right yet. I had to complain & they did try to resolve it but I’m sure that will improve. All in all, I had a great birthday staycation here."

"This lovely hotel is in Zona Colonial the historic birthplace of Columbus finding the new world. The housekeeping, kitchen and front desk staff are all pleasant and helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of about 20 nearby tourist sites. "
