"The hotel is very comfortable and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms have big air conditioning units that were life saving and the perfect amount of space. It is in the city with not many tourists. The food in the area is delicious and there are many convenience stores for water refills. It is also very easy to get transportation in this area, easy access for ubers and taxis. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Hotel is nice and location very close to Isla Mujeres ferry and some other areas. Maybe it was just me that for the pictures and map I thought it was on the beach or very close to. It is by the ocean but there is no beach, the closest beach it's a bit more than 1 mile walk. We had a good stay anyway and enjoyed the pool, balconies and plenty of outdoor areas. Hotel and rooms can use some upgrades but for the fair price we got I'm happy with our stay. "
