"The Loft was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay! The bed was very amazing! The loft had everything for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed being downtown and close to pretty much everywhere we planned to visit in the area. I will say that the 27 stairs to enter the loft were a challenge to carry everything up (and down). We did use the back entrance upon departure, which did help. Absolutely will stay again and recommend to our friends. "

"Pretty soulless apartments (lots of gray and black, dark concrete halls, plastic flowers) in an out of the way area.....floors and many towels not really clean, altho not dirty, check in a bit of an issue with so little direction, I was told we were on first floor and then learned we were not when they switched our apt the day before due to maintenance issues....very important to my husband who has drop foot. Would not stay again."

"Seriously there are not words to describe how horrendous of experience this was...Sooooooo...I didn't know what I was expecting but definitely wasn't expecting what I saw when I unlocked the door to this property... it was a unique distinct smell of old folks home and weed...I have kids and couldn't stay there...from the broken blinds to the unsecured windows that don't lock in an old run down apartment complex...it wasn't safe and definitely wasn't sanitary...We ending up getting a hotel...

"The property itself was fine. There definitely needs to be dish and laundry soap on site. The host had laundry soap delivered but it was after we had left to purchase some. We realized the dishwasher container was empty after returning though.The main issue I had was hours after check out, we were told that housekeeping could not find the house key. Me being sure it was returned, clearly stated it was in the lock box, 100%. That didn’t seem to satisfy the host. I was then contacted several times...
