「All things were great from the start! The host was super attentive and personable. Answered all my questions in a very timely manner! The place was easy to find, parking was available. The house was clean and cozy! We had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!!」

「The complex is not great, quite old, with several interesting characters. The unit was not very clean, hair in shower, broken glass in backyard, etc. We ended up shortening our stay. The photos are deceiving. 」

「The rental was as described and was clean. The bed was comfortable. I had issues with cellconnection so check in was delayed, but this wasn’t the fault of the property owner. 」

「We had difficulty accessing the apartment, finding the gate and just opening the door. A deep cleaning was needed, couch is dirty, a the carpet between the bathroom & bedroom is un attached. Wish I had known to bring lotion & kleenex & face soap.」

「The building was so cool. Was on the 30th floor so you had an elevated view of Austin, but I just wish the room was facing the west or north side to get a cool view of the sunset/city. It was on the east side so you did get a pretty view of the sunrise. Only went up to the rooftop pool once but the view up there is worth it! The location is honestly what I would book it again for. Rainey street is right around the corner. Victory Lap bar is a must visit. The valet is $40/day not too bad but...

「Overall the rental was perfect for our visit. It was convenient and met our expectations. The space was clean and well appointed. There were clean towels, basic kitchen items, and toiletries. Watching TV was a little difficult because the streaming limit was meant each day but we figured out a work around. Communications were fine with checkout instructions being received on the morning of departure.」

「Amazing location by Barton Springs. Super easy check-in and check-out. Corner market down the street open till midnight and well stocked. The host provided coffee and filters which was great.. could have used some other basics like veggie or olive oil.. who wants to buy a whole bottle just to fry an egg? Would stay again for sure and bring a couple more "basics". 」
