「This was the perfect spot for a simple getaway from the city. Being next to the highway you could hear it a bit but overall the area is very peaceful & quiet. I barely ran into anyone. The amenities were great and the complex seems well maintained. The unit itself was clean stocked with plenty of supplies. The instructions and checkin procedures were fairly seamless. 「The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials other no salt, pepper, sugar or dry goods. It did have coffee and filters. The locations is awesome and in a great little eclectic Austin neighborhood. Apartment was clean other than the baseboards all need a good clean. Check in was more complicated than usual with a lot of instructions but, would stay here again for a quick trip to Austin.」

「We liked it is close to downtown so uber prices were pretty affordable. The dining option were really close. The "Quickie Pickie" is not just a convenience store, awesome burgers and tacos. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The apartment is very clean and well organized. They have a lot of extra towels and more than enough dishes and silverware. I would definitely stay here again.」
