"The room was excellent and staff were great. A hairdryer in the room would be a nice amenity. The breakfast was excellent. Especially the made to order omelets. There is always plenty of variety for anyone’s tastes. However, the coffee has room for improvement. Could be just the brand y’all use but it was not good. Pool area is fine for the kids but not so much for those seeking quiet poolside relaxation. Perhaps an upgrade to a larger pool area like the Hilton. Something for everyone. The parking needs to be enforced to those not guests of the hotel. Seems patrons of Clayton’s overflow take hotel guests spots. Thank you for your attention to these matters. "The continental breakfast was bountiful and awesome. I did valet parking and felt the staff was eager to serve, well. Despite having a rental available, I felt it was more practical to use lyft to move my father and I to the local museums that also charged parking fees. The Backspace local restaurant’s happy hour was a fantastic deal for really good food and wine. "

"This review is specifically about the staff working valet parking morning of Sunday 5/17/2026. He had a very bad attitude and I seriously recommend some customer service training for him. I misplaced the valet ticket given to me the night before, in spite of the fact that my jeep was parked right in front of the hotel he refused to give me my keys. My last name and my room number was written on the tag on the keys but he just refused to open the key cabinet to look for my keys. He kept asking me over and over what my tag number was and I kept telling him that I did not know what it was so he simply said he couldn't help me. What was I supposed to do? Leave my car there and walk home? Very poor management. Will never stay there again."
