The room was spacious and spotless! The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. There were nice perks like happy hour and free cookies and lemonade in the lobby. There were also restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I’d highly recommend this hotel again!

Extremely friendly staff and clean hotel. Rooms were large and well maintained. Bed was comfy! Quiet and very relaxing atmosphere. I loved their daily coffee/tea service in the morning and afternoon refreshments. Only downside to the visit was the pool was closed for the winter when we visited in October.

We come here for the excellent staff and the location. Hotel is aging but eccentric and fun. Service here best out of all three Texas ZaZa locations even though the other locations offer newer amenities that justify the cost. Fun bar area.
