「Nice space over all. Safe and and very reasonably priced. We booked the reservation later in the evening and they communicated right away how to access the property. I do wonder if maybe they rushed the clean up because it wasn’t very clean in general and the sink and shower was clogged. There were bags of garbage in one of the closets. But for the price it was fine and conveniently located. Large space overall and very modern inside with some touches of character. 」

「Perfect location for our stay, right in the middle of lively Bishop Arts. 3 coffee shops open early within 2 blocks, we love that! We noticed and appreciated the high quality sheets and linens, and the super comfy couch and bed. If you love chocolate, be sure to try some from the chocolate shop below - it's outstanding! We would highly recommend this property. 」

「This property was the perfect place for our stay in downtown Dallas! The apartment has a great vibe, is clean and beautifully and smartly furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The skyline view from the living room was especially beautiful at night with spectacular light shows emanating from the Omni hotel and the iconic Reunion Tower. 「Second time staying in the building. Nice place. Everything as expected. As close as you can get to Bishop Arts District and handy to downtown and freeway access. On-site parking very helpful (there’s not much in the area). Environment is safe though I wouldn’t wander blocks away at night. Only down is that Saturday night was loud and rowdy til 2 am.」
