"綺麗なお部屋で満足です"

"The staff were cheerful and friendly. I needed to message them in advance to reserve the arrival shuttle. The departure shuttle was easily booked at the front desk. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, IH cooker, and even an iron, making it convenient for long-term stays. The air conditioning was quiet, which was a big help. The bed was clean and fluffy. There was a Wendy's and a small convenience store right across the street, which was convenient. 24hour free coffee and decafe was at the front. There was breakfast but we departed earlier. 明るく親切なスタッフです。到着時のシャトルは、事前にメッセージしておくのが必要でした。出発のシャトルはフロントですぐに予約できました。 お部屋に冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーiH、アイロンまで揃ってて、長期滞在も便利そうです。 エアコンも音が小さめで、たすかりました。ベットも清潔でふかふかでした。 目の前にウェンディーズと小さなコンビニがあって、便利です。24時間フロントの無料コーヒー＆デカフェがうれしいです。朝食ありましたが、早朝出発で食べなかったです。"

"雰囲気の良いホテルで、従業員も感じが良かったです。設備（特に空調）はちょっと古めですが、不満を感じるほどではないです。"

"２つ建物があって古いと思われる建物に1週間滞在しました。 建物そのものの匂いは少し気になりますが、部屋はまったく気になりません。こんなもんでしょう。 部屋は広く、綺麗でした。 アメニティについては、バスタオル2枚、タオル2枚、シャンプー、コンディショナー。ドライヤーあり。 手洗い用洗剤、食洗機や洗濯機の洗剤はついています。 スタッフの対応も特に問題ありません。 次回滞在時も利用予定です！"

"最初チェックインした時に受け取ったカードでは部屋の扉があかず、フロントに再度行ったところ別の部屋のカードを渡された。しかし、謝罪も何もなく不愉快であった。"

"The hotel interior is nice and swimming pool is really attractive especially for family. The staff was kind, but the cost for breakfast was a bit expensive (30 dollars / person). Also, bed sheets of our room were not replaced because we left the room around 9:30 which might be late for cleaning staff, so they only replaced bottle of water and towels. I hope they should have replaced the sheets after we left the room."
