「Reserved the property for a weekend 5-6 weeks in advance. Sent multiple messages to the Host and never received a response. A message was sent same day reservations were made, the week of and the day before. Not once did I get a response.The day of checking I still hadn’t heard from the host, I had to call VRBO customer service for someone to get in touch with the host, which took about 10-20 minutes. My reservation was canceled 5 hours before check in due to the host saying the ac stopped...

「Katherine gave great directions for getting into the property. We saw her working the next day and had a great chat, so communication was easy. She made she we felt like we can reach her if we needed anything, but we didn't want for anything. The property itself is located steps from great shopping and dining. It's integrated so well into the neighborhood, it gives you a feeling of belonging.」

「Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!」

"The hotel interior is nice and swimming pool is really attractive especially for family. The staff was kind, but the cost for breakfast was a bit expensive (30 dollars / person). Also, bed sheets of our room were not replaced because we left the room around 9:30 which might be late for cleaning staff, so they only replaced bottle of water and towels. I hope they should have replaced the sheets after we left the room."
