「Overall 10/10 experience 」

「This place was a nice and convenient place to stay if you are just going on a day trip. I did find a slug on the bathroom wall. And I didn’t know that there was a door in the bedroom that separated the main house to the part I stayed in. Idk if the host stays there in the other part of the house. I did find that creepy to be honest, especially with them not telling you about it. But overall it was nice. 」

「This property is cute and a good choice for short stays. The location in Addison is great, so much is walkable. That being said, we did not have a good experience on this booking. We originally had a "new listing" discount as the property was new and had no other reviews. Two months before arriving, the owner asked me to re-book due to his bank account being hacked. I was skeptical and chatted with VRBO to confirm the story. I told him I would agree to cancel and re-book, but only if he could...

「Very clean and great communication ! 」

「This location satisfied all we needed. It was close to gas stations, restaurants, and was oretty centralized to all the sights we went to see. Easy to get to the Globe Life Stadium, water park, six flags, etc. There is a laundry mat right around the corner if needed, as well. Will definitely keep this location in my favorites for my next trip to the Fort Worth area. 」

「I had a wonderful stay at this property in Arlington! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, and very easy to access. The home was exactly as described and made for a comfortable and enjoyable weekend with my girlfriend. The host was excellent with communication throughout our stay and went above and beyond to be accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!」

「We had to ask for check in info on the last evening before travel. No one reached out to us. Location and outside of apartment was very rundown and shoddy. It felt like a ghetto area. The front gate had loose wires broken and gate wide open with no lock. Balconies falling apart. Wouldn’t feel safe even stepping out on it. Loud house party in apartment below us. Inside was nice in comparison. Roomy and nicely furnished with good appliances. A/C worked very well and with 96 degrees outside that...

「Place was clean, plenty of parking. The pull out section of the couch was broken, but upon notifying the host they promptly responded with an apology and offered to refund the cost of the apartment, we decided to keep the reservation and stayed. We were traveling for a graduation at the Loews Center and it was less than a ten minute drive. Everywhere we wanted to go to was within a 20 minute drive. This place was very reasonably priced and we will definitely stay again if we are in the area....
