「I stayed at Casa Mina #2(on the ground floor) for 2 nights to go to a concert at Sun bowl. Decor was so lovely and the room was spacious, it’s nice to have a refrigerator inside of the room(in the kitchen). The only thing that could be improved is the deep cleaning. I noticed some stains on the headboard, curtains, sofa cushions, and mattress cover, as well as some dust on the windows. The towels also had a mark. 「The property is good with only one flaw. The owner is terrific and communicates well. The issue is the construction of the bathroom. The toilet sits almost underneath the sink, making it very difficult to use for a person over 6 foot tall. With a bit of rework in the bathroom, this will be a terrific rental. Of course, for folks under 6 feet tall, the current bathroom is likely no problem.」

「Parking in the street but the curb was so high that you could get out of the drivers side or the car. Did not receive directions email from the host until we were trying to gain access at 11 pm so it was dark and we couldn’t figure out how to open the gate to the Duplex’s. The steps were uneven and the floor of the property was uneven. The back yard grass that was there was super high but mostly dirt.
