サンダーバード ホテル

「All was good. Thank you.」

「Nada. Me gustó pésimo todo」

「Friendly staff. I had just received eye surgery and Gus was able to accommodate us , of course there was a $20 early check-in fee which didn't matter but he took care of us. The rooms and property were clean. We felt safe. Breakfast was good. Overall very happy with our stay there.」

「The sofa bed was not functioning properly and was very difficult to fold and unfold. We specifically requested two beds, but we were given a suite with only one bed and a sofa bed that did not work properly. Additionally, there were no glasses available for serving water. The carpet had a large, discolored stain that appeared dirty and possibly uncleaned. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations, and the accommodations were disappointing. I hope management will address these issues to...
