My mum has physical disabilities and we did request easy access room, even though they gave us a room with little stairs it was still a challenge for my mum and also the floors were slippery. Apartment was ok, could have been better but the balcony was with a great view.」

Auch das Servicepersonal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. 「​Staff was friendly and welcoming; however, our stay was very disappointing. On our first night, I had to request bedding to make up a bed for my son. Despite booking for three guests, the room only had linens and towels for two. Basic hygiene items were also missing, including hand soap. ​The room was poorly maintained. There were orange stains in the bathroom, the sheets were stained, and the sofa bed had dark patches with no provided linens. I tried to overlook this to enjoy our holiday, but...
