「The air conditioner was effective. There were restaurants, grocery, drug stores and the beach close by. The property is old and has an old hotel smell. The exterior door needs weather stripping and the windows are not sound-proofed, we were in an end room, and a refrigerator truck was running outside. Price and proximity for our tours was wonderful.」
