"Very scenic views, we stayed in the north building. Food was delicious and room service was very convenient. Staff was very friendly. The ONLY thing we did not care for was the staff trying to "sell" things, although they say it's not selling. Check- in was about 20 minutes longer bc of the promoting of excursions and such, then they wanted us to come to breakfast the next morning for another promoting. What really upset my husband and I was when they called our room the next morning trying to "sell" again. Very tacky for such an upscale place. "
