"The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the view was spectacular. We like the whole condo and area.We contacted the host several times to let her know the toilet seat in the ensuite bathroom was broken, she asked us to send a picture which we did but got no response. I hope it was fixed for the next renters. "

"The Ziva staff were wonderful especially under very stressful conditions. They were very courteous and cheerful and always greeted us with a smile. The grounds are immaculate and the pools are well maintained. Unfortunately, we feel the hotel does need to address several deficiencies, in particular with the toilet facilities around the pools. We found significant flooding on the floor under urinals and one toilet had a missing toilet seat."
