"We had an excellent stay at Space Night! The private bathrooms were a lifesaver, and the staff were kind and helpful. The capsules aren't the most comfortable and they have no sound-barrier, so make sure you bring earplugs if you want a good rest. Overall a great stay for a weekend in Berlin!"

We booked 3 capsules, yet when we arrived they said that there was other people in these rooms. We got moved to the 4 bed female dorm which I paid for at the property, however, because they had cancelled the capsule rooms I was charged a full cancellation fee despite the hostel being the people to cancel it. I have been trying to get a refund on this for 2 months now and I have not...
