The decors are tasteful and the dorm room is the most spacious I have ever seen, but the real gem is the friendly and diligent staff that constantly keeps things clean and running. The location by the Opera House U-Bahn stop is also impeccable with easy access to not only the historic center but also the main train station and the airport. When I return to Nuremberg, I would definitely return here!"

"The hotel is located a little distance away from the city but the public transport can get you there asap. The service was great; the staff were very helpful anytime I had questions about my stay. My only complaint is the washer and dryer. They dont work very well because of their old age"

"When we were first given a room, we discovered it wasn’t cleaned yet. So we returned to the front desk and were given a new room (booked a private twin bed x2). Room was clean, large and we were impressed by the nice bathroom and full kitchen (shared only with 1 other room). A very nice hostel experience. The building is right across the street from a techno club/bar, walkable to the fishermans quarter and the cathedral, plenty of cafes/bars/restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly and patient with our poor German. "The hostel is located very conveniently near the main train station. We had a quadruple private room, which had 2 bunk beds and a small bathroom. The shower was tiny and the room was small. The beds were surprisingly comfortable with all bedding included. It was fine for 1 night as we were passing through Hamburg, but I would not recommend it for a family for longer than that. "I stayed here during my visit to the Oktoberfest in Munich last year and it was great! The location of the hostel is very convenient since it is walking distance from many of the main attractions in Munich, including the Theresienwiese (area where the Oktoberfest takes place). The staff were helpful during my stay and they held numerous, fun activities to socialize as part of the festivities revolving the Oktoberfest festival. I would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Munich...
