"We really enjoyed this location and the house overall. It was very clean and you could tell the owner cared about maintaining the property well. Our son's home is small to be able to host all the family when we come to town, so this property was sizable enough for us all to be able to visit together. The only thing we did not notice in the advertising of this property was the amount of stairs throughout. There are about 9 steps from the driveway to the front walkway, another 3 to the top porch and then into the house. Once inside there are steps down to the sunroom, steps to the upstairs second floor and another 3 steps to two of the upper bedrooms. So if you have mobility issues this needs to be considered. Also, the property does not advertise that there is a required background check to stay in this house. We reserved through VRBO, but were required to sign a separate rental agreement and to use Truvi (upload DL/passport and a selfie) for verification. Personally, this should be stated in the listing and not a surprise after reserving. Otherwise, this is a wonderful property. We had lightbulb issues that were instantly resolved and good communication with the management company. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked to be able to cook/grill meals. There was a coffee pot and a Keurig."

"This property far, far exceeded our already high expectations. It was an ideal accommodation for a reunion of our family traveling from four different states. The photos and description are accurate. The house was clean, open, and spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. It seemed we discovered one unexpected amenity/provision or another throughout the weekend. Just a few examples: every room had suit case stands, there were MULTIPLE coffee/espresso machines, bedside tables with charger plugs, a wireless phone charging pad. Ben and Kate pretty much thought of everything to make our stay like home (I dare say, maybe even better than home). The location is unbeatable, SO close to many, many stores, restaurants, activities. We saw pickleball courts close by and looked for paddles at the house. Sure enough, there was equipment (of course there was! Ben and Kate seriously thought of everything).The pool was the perfect temperature and there were plenty of pool toys. The sunroom was awesome with a huge comfy couch and a dining table. Communication with Ben was very easy and he was immediately responsive. We got in early and he said we could check in even though they were still finishing up some preparations, so we had an opportunity to meet him when we showed up. Highly, highly recommend this home! Thank you Ben and Kate for offering your gorgeous home. It was the perfect setting for our family gathering and truly enhanced our time together!"

"Great location, great layout, great time as a family. The pool was a great time and was as advertised. Being 5 minutes from Jungle Jim’s turned out to be a bonus highlight. We visited almost everyday for unique food and treats. Would highly recommend staying here."
