The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant however the fact that we were bumped to another hotel on our first night there after driving eight hours from Maryland without a phone call from the manager and receiving a letter at the front desk was very disappointing to say the least. The parking situation was not to our liking either as we had to move our car by 10pm into the garage and then pay $10. The Marriot that we were relocated to on our first night did not have us pay for parking. We are Marriot Bonvoy member and felt a call to let us know of the change in our reservations would have been apreciated.

The hotel’s proximity to the mall is so convenient! We could’ve walked there but chose to drive and could have a nice meal and go shopping all within a stone’s throw from our accommodations. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful and the premises were clean. The decor is excellent as well and our studio king room was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Mandy Heard and Tasika went above and beyond. We were a couple staying there the day before our wedding and the night of. Both shifts were great and they were so excited for us. Checking in is. They went the extra mile. Definitely will stay there again
