"Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience for me. It is an old house sitting amongst commercial property. There is an old service station next-door that I don’t think was even in operation. The rooms were very exposed, and I was staying by myself so I found somewhere else to stay. I had booked 7 nights and didn’t stay tat the home at all. I requested a partial refund but was declined. I tried again to get even just 2 of the 7 nights refunded but was declined again. They did refund the cleaning fee since the place was untouched. "

"I want to start by saying the front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. But this hotel needs attention. One of our mattresses was so broken down it was hard to get out of it. The carpets turned our socks brown. Our refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed and we had to throw the room temperature food away. We generally like Hamptons and will stay at them again but probably not THIS Hampton. "

"room was for 6 people bathroom door broke it did not open and shut my key card did not open the pool room had to wait for staff to let us in and once in pool was dirty with an oil sustance floating in it wet dirty clothes in the pool room all night and morning and linen had stains on it"

"Breakfast was good and the stay was nice, but we noticed scents of someone smoking when we were suppose to be in a non smoking area. Not great, but other then that not to bad"

"The room was spacious and clean. The art gallery and lounge areas were nice and welcoming. Not a lot of noise on the floors. The only draw back is the lot. There are lots of cement pillars in the garage, with narrow parking so you have to be very careful pulling in and out. "

"We stay at Home2Suites whenever we travel if possible because we are always very happy with our stay. We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work. They attempted to contact her and said she was on her way, but we needed to get on our way. We went back to our rooms to finish getting ready and when we left 45 minutes later they still had not opened for breakfast. We were very disappointed as "breakfast included" is something we look for in our hotel stay and the staff didn't make any attempt to make it right other than apologize. "

"My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. The hotel rooms have very comfortable beds, terrific showers with high water pressure (and even overhead rain nozzels if desired). There are also electric fireplaces for ambiance and "toilet coffee" makers in the restroom. Parking is abundant and the town is centrally located to most destinations around town. We will be back many times."
