"room was for 6 people bathroom door broke it did not open and shut my key card did not open the pool room had to wait for staff to let us in and once in pool was dirty with an oil sustance floating in it wet dirty clothes in the pool room all night and morning and linen had stains on it"

"The room was spacious and clean. The art gallery and lounge areas were nice and welcoming. Not a lot of noise on the floors. The only draw back is the lot. There are lots of cement pillars in the garage, with narrow parking so you have to be very careful pulling in and out. "

After long days out, it was so nice to come back and relax in such a welcoming space.The host was fantastic—quick to respond, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet still within walking distance of some great restaurants, which was a huge plus.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. "My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. The hotel rooms have very comfortable beds, terrific showers with high water pressure (and even overhead rain nozzels if desired). There are also electric fireplaces for ambiance and "toilet coffee" makers in the restroom. Parking is abundant and the town is centrally located to most destinations around town. We will be back many times."

"The home was very neat, clean and tastefully decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed, from bed linens, dishes, pots and pans, extra towels and blankets to toilet paper, paper towels, soaps and detergents. The location was great with lots to do within walking distance in the adorable village of Mariemont. It’s also conveniently located near surrounding greater Cincinnati area attractions. The only drawback we noticed was that there was limited counter space in the kitchen, the living room furniture was not the most comfortable, and there was a LOT of light coming in through the windows all night long from street lights and neighboring businesses which stay lit up at night. We recommend that the owners invest in some blackout curtains for the three upstairs bedrooms. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable and the communication with hosts was perfectly adequate."
