Quiet, private, peaceful and convenient to everything! Luxury King size bed & queen sofa bed. Amenities include 2 Smart TVs; fully equipped kitchen w/ Cuisinart coffee maker; high speed wifi; working desk; plenty of closet and dresser space. Sofa has pull out to queen size bed for extra guests. Central location to all Cincinnati has to offer; Near Cincinnati's hospitals, entertainment venues, restaurants/bars& attractions but far enough away to be peaceful. Free parking. Coin laundry in basement.

Our family of three stayed here for four nights. There was a little delay getting into the property, however the host communication was great and appreciated. Parking was behind the building which I liked and was covered. The bushes in the front of the building could use a little trim, and the front security door doesn't latch/ close properly. The apartment was clean and stocked well. My hair dryer actually broke while we were there, so it was awesome that there was one supplied. The only thing I would suggest is regarding the bathroom... the paint on the tub is coming off and may need to be redone or maybe just sealed? Also, due to there not being a fan in the bathroom, the smoke alarm went off multiple times after we showered lol. All in all, it was a great stay, and we would stay there again. It was quiet, and cozy and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Absolutely Wonderful

I had an absolute wonderful time here! It was very peaceful and quiet, it made me feel like I was at home. Anytime I come to Cincinnati this is where I want to stay!

Lovely clean unit that met our needs. Was missing a few things when we arrived but they were quick to bring them by within the hour. Was located perfectly for our visit. I would recommend this place to others.
