The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff was so friendly, everyone we encountered had a smile. The front desk found out we just got engaged that morning and they sent a complimentary bottle of wine to our room. We truly appreciated it. It topped off our amazing day. The hotel is old and in need of renovation. Carpets are gross and sticky in the rooms. I saw some mold accumulating in the shower. Staff was extremely attentive and kind, but overall would not recommend nor stay again.

The stay was good. Room was very clean, bed comfy, it’s a beautiful Hotel. The only negative was that there was only one working elevator. The wait to get on was very long. So long that we had to take the stairs down from the 6th floor a couple times. This was both days we were there. I have a disability that makes stairs difficult to navigate. This was a big issue.
