「A hidden gem! Stopped here for a night on route to Cardiff for the Oasis reunion tour. Totally exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely friendly place, with nicely renovated features, tasty food and great value (Mon-Thurs 3 courses for £20). The breakfast was exceptional also. A great stay and excellent value for money 」

The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 」
「Fantastic clean hotel and the staff were lovely. We did have a police visit to arrest someone smoking weed and another couple arguing for hours but I don’t feel these are a negative on the hotel and its staff as I’m sure these people don’t live in the hotel. Would definitely recommend. Rooms lovely and even though the couple were arguing there was no other noise. Not paper thin walls like other hotels where you can hear toilets flush etc. We will definitely be staying the next time we visit...
「Accomodation was perfect for us as we were travelling with our small dog. Excellent selection of coffee and teas in the room.
Staff were all really helpful and friendly. We had our evening meal in the hotel, whih was excellent, as was our breakfast the following morning.
Lovely town to stay in with plenty of pubs restaurants and bars.
We will definitely stay again when in the area. 」
「I recently travelled to Preston to attend my master’s degree graduation ceremony with my daughters . We spent one night in an apartment somewhere in Preston. This apartment was booked on another platform. We left earlier than scheduled,because we didn’t like the place . Fortunately.i visited Hotel.com in our desperation to leave the apartment due to its filthy state ,and thank God that there was an available room at Hampton by Hilton .

「It is a lovely hotel. So much history. I love staying in unique places like this. There are two downsides.
The first is that it’s really easy to get lost. Being an old Municipal building and everything looking similar, it’s easy to get turned around.
The second was the gym and access to it. I found the gym really sad for the type of hotel this is. Also, accessing the gym was very difficult. 」
