「The Grassington Lodge is truly minimalist. A very small room, two bath towels, and one hand towel. For the third of three nights they added a bath mat and a bar of soap. The only staff ever present was the cleaning lady and her assistant. She was kind and helpful but certainly not enough to welcome and assist guests. 」

「 鉄道駅から徒歩7分、バスターミナルから徒歩3分と移動にとても便利。スキップトン城やリーズ・リヴァプール運河といった観光地にも徒歩圏内。 1階がパブの典型的なインで部屋は清潔で広い。1階のバブは地元で人気らしく、昼夜を問わず賑わっていた。しかし部屋にいも騒音は感じなかった。 1泊朝食付きで6500円とコスパも高い。 」

「A lovely cosy cottage with everything you need for a walking holiday. Plenty of info from the helpful owner who came around to explain things shortly after I arrived. A short walk to the station. Parking OK outside cottage as long as you have a relatively small car (larger cars can park further down the lane I think). All in all an excellent cottage.」

「ソファのクッションはへたっていてダメ。運悪くエレベーターが2基とも壊れていて5階まで歩く羽目になった。食事もあまりおいしくはなかった。」

「Ran by a wonderful couple who are really friendly and accommodating. The lodge is in a beautiful location and the facilities and room are lovely. Breakfast was included and we were asked beforehand what we wanted so it would be ready for the time we requested. And it tasted wonderful. Me and my girlfriend have visited here twice now and I'd greatly recommend a stay here.」

「No information re the caravan or facilities. Disappointed as no internet, specifically booked as stated free wi-fi in cottage. Stay was mid house move so internet was needed. Otherwise nice clean, well equipped caravan.」
