「The room was nice and large with a comfortable king size bed. It was in a lovely position. Most of the staff were friendly. The food was fine and not expensive. The breakfast sausages were good.」

「Only had a short stay at this lovely little place Staff very chatty/friendly Had minor issue which was dealt with promptly and without any question or fuss The breakfast choices were very good and cooked as you asked for it .. not just your average semi warm buffet, cooked fresh The restaurant food was also very good with plenty of choices Our bathroom was in need of some TLC but is due for upgrade - did not affect there was plenty of hot water, clean towels daily and lovely soaps etc already...

「It's a gothic style hotel,and unusuallcompared to today's run of the mill places .parking good . Near the town . Staff where lovely .the dark haired waitress was funny friendly and attentive .all the reception staff where friendly and helpful .the food was very good quality from the talented chef .I hope he stays at this hotel for future quests to experience his food . .we would stay again and will do next year . The room cleaner young man helped us with our bags and him and the lady...

「Amazing time at Stirk House. Room 4 was a large suite. Very spacious and peaceful. The staff were all excellent. Fantastic quality breakfast too. Overall 10/10」
