Park Hall Hotel & Spa Lancashire, a member of Radisson Individuals

Park Hall Hotel & Spa Lancashire, a member of Radisson Individuals

8/10 Good
"I stayed at Park Hall Hotel in Chorley and the room itself was great. The jacuzzi in the room was a nice feature and the staff earlier in the day were so polite and check in lady. However, the stay was let down by an incident at reception later that night. I went out to get food with my friend (who had paid for the night) and when we came back through reception, the “manager”stopped us in a blue suit he had on I think he drove a blue bmw, insisted we “don’t stay here”, and spoke to us quite rudely. I had the hotel keycard in my hand, but he still took me to the desk and asked for ID while I’m telling him my food is getting cold. After checking properly, he realised we did stay there and handed the card back — but didn’t apologise for the mistake or the way he spoke. It left us feeling upset and frustrated. I told the lady when I checked out reported it hopefully they take this into accountability because that’s especially not how you treat your customers. The room and jacuzzi were good, but the manager’s behaviour really affected the experience. Also, some corridors and parts of the building looked run‑down overall was good the room an spa building."

"Very nice hotel. Lovely big room, comfy bed, nice touch with Nespresso machine in the room. Dinner at the restaurant was also very nice (though expensive). Only annoying thing about our room was being next to the lift as you could hear it every time it went up or down, but everything else great. Very handy hotel for travelling on the M6 and the pub over the road was a gem"
