" This hotel feels like home. The staff were so accommodating and made us feel incredibly welcome. Our family of 5 spent 3 nights here. The rooms were superb and the effort the Lotus Boutique team went to for my husband’s birthday on the day we arrived was so special. We would like to make a special mention to Anna and Mia who all left a special impression on us. All the staff were so warm and friendly .We hope to come back and stay at this beautiful hotel again."

" We had a great stay at the Meritel Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was spotlessly clean with stylish interiors and a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were fantastic, but a special mention goes to Alex and Linh who were especially helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable with a powerful shower and modern design. We also used the in-house spa which was amazing, definitely worth a visit. Breakfast each morning had a great selection and top-notch service. The hotel restaurant is also a great option if you're looking to have lunch or dinner, with delicious food and excellent service. "

"The location was perfect to walk anywhere in Old Quarter and next to the lake. The breakfast was exceptional and had great variety...the french toast was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and they are highly professional and happy. The room was spacious and had the best amenities. We would stay here again."
