"A pleasant and helpful front desk. A clean and quiet room. A tasty breakfast in the morning. The only issue was an elevator that seemed to be out-of-service for the duration of my stay that had no signage to let guests know it wasn’t working properly. But otherwise a nice stay in an above average Kitchener property. "

"From the moment we walked into the Hotel we felt welcomed. After checking in Missy told us about the Wed night social and were just in time to enjoy the complementary food. Is was a surprise and it was all delicious. Our room was spacious and clean. We were very surprised by the in suite kitchen. Since we were there overnight we did not use it. But will keep the Hotel in mind if we ever return to the area."
