「３週間滞在中、部屋の掃除が４〜５回来ない事が有りました。 隣まで来てるのに、なぜか一番端の私たちの所は忘れてしまったようです。 室内の椅子も汚れ染みがひどく、とても座れる状態ではなかったです。勿論変えてもらいました。TVもあったのですが、リモコンが使えなかったです。クレームを言って、４日後にやっと電池を替えてくれました。」

「In general, the unit is clean, bright and provide what we expected. The stay experiences are very good. Something can be improved. 1. The photos to show the bedrooms can show the actual conditions. When we booked the unit, the photos showed the bedrooms had mattress only. No pillow or bed sheet. No photos to show toilet paper, cookware or tableware. We brought everything to the unit and it wastes spaces in our car. If the photos can show more, we can have a better plan. 2. There's no power...
