Celine ensured the driver and van was available on time and managed language barrier we faced with driver. For that I absolutely cannot recommend this stay enough! We were given a free upgrade as the room was available and we got free drink coupons. The rooms were lovely, the location was perfect and the hotel was next to everything you could want. The breakfast was delicious and when we were getting an early bus to sapa they packed us a delicious breakfast for us to have on our travels. They helped with our bags and made us feel so at home. And for the price this was all absolutely so much more than we could have expected! "
