The free breakfast buffet was good but lack variety. It was the same menu the fives days we're there. Room service was convenient in all hours and reasonable priced. Overall the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms and the facility was clean and orderly. Their concierge was also very helpful in tour and excursion choices.

Large room. Clean and comfortable. A bit old and tired but great value for money. Lovely enthusiastic staff. Very good service from the wider team. Breakfast was limited and I’d have preferred to skip it. Overall, I’d visit again, and recommended the new annexe. Spa service available but didn’t use - MEN only which I found strange.

A short drive from the airport, First Hotel is an excellent hotel with high quality rooms and facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the private tours were great - especially the Mekong Delta day trip. Staying in a non-touristy area was an immersive cultural experience. A highlight was the nearby cinema, which was a fun experience with its 4DX theatre.
