「Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Wie aus dem Märchen. Leider war der Service und auch die Einrichtung bzw. die Wartung nicht nach unseren Ansprüchen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hätten wir uns mehr erhofft. Dies beinhaltet: - beim Check in fragten wir nach Late Check out. Natürlich waren wir bereit dafür zu zahlen. In unserem Zimmer war es nicht möglich. Als wir fragten ob möglich wäre wenn wir ein Upgrade buchen, wurde uns gesagt, dass man dann jedes einzelne Zimmer prüfen müsste und das geht nicht. -...

Then shower collapsed into itself but too late in evening to get fixed. Could not shower in the morning and receptionist not remotely interested when we informed him. No hint of recompense for not having a basic requirement of any hotel. Unbelievably disappointing experience」

The 'luxury toiletries' that were promised on the website consisted of one bottle of an unbranded liquid hand wash. This property is part of the Richardson Hotel Group and I would not use any of their hotels again!」

「The staff were friendly, the interior of the building was lovely, and the location was very convenient. However, I was informed the day before my arrival that the lift was out of order. My room was on the 3rd floor, so it was quite difficult to carry my heavy suitcase up. 「家族３人で１泊しました。少し所在地が分かりにくい（カーナビの設定がよろしくなかったこともありますが）ですが、部屋から海が見えるいい場所でした。敷地内に無料のテニスコートもあり、家族で楽しめました。同じく敷地内にはパターゴルフ（？）のようなものもあり、我が家はチャレンジしませんでしたが、何組かやはりご家族でやられているのを見ました。我々は１泊だけでしたが、長期の滞在もできそうです。プールが良さそうでしたが、我々は残念ながら利用する時間がありませんでした。もう少しゆっくりできる時間があればよかったと思います。」
