良かった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Very good value for money, very easy from an information perspective. Reasonable menu and drinks with everything you could need onsite. Polite well mannered and helpful staff.
My negatives or constructive feedback would be;
More attention to detail regarding cleanliness, the small things that you would normally think "oh nobody will notice that" trust me when everything around an area is sparkling those little things standout like a sore thumb.
Hot water, this may not be a negative for most but for me who requires a hot bath, I didn't get one. The water temperature (Rm 42) was tepid/slightly warm when turned to max, you should at least be be able to get to bearable hot when the temp is turned to max.
