「We cannot fault the service staff food and the location excellent it's just the overall finish needs some renovation to the outside finish,it's a bit tired but all that aside we enjoyed our stay staff were all very polite and helpful great. 」
「First time away with my partner on holiday for one night, the rooms were wonderful, nice spacious area and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just wished the check in was before 3pm but overall wonderful hotel to stay in for a night away or two. Definitely coming back again. 」

「You get what you pay for but no complaints at all. The staff we came across were friendly and helpful. Our room was basic and clean but had what we needed. Breakfast is self service . Good choice and great views across the valley. It’s a good 10 minutes walk from the train station, all up hill so a taxi may be needed if you mobility is not too good. 」
「We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the comfort in the rooms. Both the bedroom and the public rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast and evening meals were superb and we did enjoy having a freshly cooked breakfast brought to our table rather than a buffet style self service where the food had been hanging around. The overall impression was of happy staff creating a pleasant atmosphere」
