「Beautiful property, away from the busle of the city, but not too far from many attractions. Room was clean, with a modern shower and kitchen.Behind the resort is a calming river. Great property. Plan to return for another stay. 」

「Our room there was wonderful. However the Gatlinburg trolly system was terribly crowded. It took us an hour and a half to return back to our room. Standing room only and packed like sardines. For the rate of almost $350/night, it would be great if the hotel had its own shuttle system for guests. 」

「Room was amazing, clean and pleasant view. My kids loved the bunk beds and us parents loved the bedroom had a door. Fun water activities. The grounds were beautiful with lots of fun things to do. We roasted marshmallows and sat by firepits. Kids placed putt putt. Would stay again. 」

「It was a good stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable.The only issue we had is trying to find the location for our deluxe suite. The directions are not clear after you check in. Even the people working at the information desk were not entirely sure how to tell us to get to our room. But we finally found it. The garage is very small also. So be sure you get there early to try to find a good spot to park or you have to go back out the garage on the highway to turn around to go right back in....

「Great stay. Nice pool and water park. Clean room.」

「On the outside it doesn’t look like much, but when walking in, you’re stunned with a beautiful lodge like entrance and very friendly staff. They showed us how to get around the property, what’s nearby, and our room. My family and I stayed for 5 days and our experience was wonderful. Every morning, the floors in the lobby were being mopped and towels were changed on the third day in the rooms. On one of the days the washing machines were down and they had them fixed attentively on the same day...
