A great experience. Water park and arcade were fun. Room was clean. Having a fridge, sink, microwave and dishes was helpful. The air conditioner was not as good as I expected. And I had to send for another clean blanket which they brought. Other than those things it was a great place to vacation.

We loved how every thing was designed with families in mind. we didnt like the fact that we didnt get the rooms we had reserved side by side, and the menu prices were a little decieving. We had a stove that was unusable for our safety????

We had a great trip. The customer service from the front desk and the housekeeping was amazing. As well as how thoroughly their texting line to communicate made it easy to get items or ask questions. We could get info quick and efficient and also get more towels or linens within just a few minutes of texting the line. The kids had a great time and there was so much more to do then we originally thought. Plenty of food selection and we really didn’t need to leave a whole lot to do much else. We will be going back and recommend anyone with little kids to go and also stay at Stone Hill Lodge if you don’t want to have to shuttle back and forth from different buildings. We were fortunate enough to be in that building and right beside the water park to keep from walking so far.

Behind the pull down it was a lot of trash. Tv was not fixed during my stay despite multiple complaints also requested room service that we didn’t get. Other than that it was a good stay. EVERY worker was just as polite as could be and the water park was great

Be careful when booking this room. It is near the waterpark, but not directly next to it. I expected it to be closer with the description being poolside. The waterpark is a really nice bonus, though. We definitely enjoyed our time there. When we first checked into our room, we had lots of maintenance issues. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the kitchen was not stocked very well with useful things to cook. The kitchen ended up being pointless. No one at the front desk seemed to care.
