「We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and this time it was awful. We were assigned a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was so strong that even opening the window did nothing. We had a three and six year-old (our six year-old has had issues with asthma). We asked for an alternative and were told there was nothing they could do but re-clean the room. We were told to wait in the room until the housekeeping team could visit. 「Access was good, room was well cleaned. Reception was not good. We had to wait for so long when check in, then they took us to a downgraded room without telling us . They even lied when we asked them. Expedia operator did a good job to help us to get some refund back. But we ended up staying at the downgraded room for the whole stay.」

Staff were lovely and accommodating and so nice to me and my husband who were absolutely exhausted from a looooonnnggg day visiting family. Room was gorgeous and well appointed. We arrived on foot and there was no readily available shop or place to eat but as most people travel by car this is not a problem but you’ll probably want to bring along some of your own provisions」
