What a great experience!! From the front desk staff (Dan), housekeeping, the bartender, location, cleanliness, helpfulness, did I mention location - what a great spot!! Great boutique hotel. Will stay here again!! Already letting family & friends know to stay here. Not far from city center London. Walkable to Kingston Upon Thames stores and restaurants. By the college. Safe. Quiet.

Convenient location across from train station. Quiet rooms are at back of property. Staff person was very hard working and kind, but one person juggling numerous roles is not the best way to run a hotel. The carpet in the lobby was tattered and covered with leaves that had blown in the front door. The carpet in the room was worn and stained. Cupboard doors needed repair. The in-room extras were minimal but fine for 2 nights. Note: breakfast is not included.

Stayed here often. It is convenient and easy to get too. There is parking but it's a way away. We tend to use the street parking as if you park for 2 hours late it goes overnight until 10 the next day and that suits us. The rooms are fine, especially the back (non road front) rooms as they are quieter. Note there is no restaurant now so you get breakfast (with a small discount) across the road at the Pickled Pantry. Negatives are few but I've mentioned them before - The shower is good but could do with a grab bar as getting out is a little dangerous for older folks like me - Could do with more electric points nearer the bed The bed is comfy Overall recommended if in Surbiton

Nice place, no frills but a good lounge/bar attached to the hotels and convenient for Surbiton Station to get into central London quickly and easily as well as all of the local shops and restaurants. Nearby private carpark is useful.

The ideal location just a short walk from Surbiton station and near to a good choice of restaurants and cafes. Excellent air conditioning and the room size was good with a bath and well fitted bathrooms. Only one strange thing was that the pillows were small and square. Otherwise excellent although Friday and Saturday nights might be noisy due to a cocktail bar on the ground floor.
