「The apartment was nice, but definitely not without its problems. The seating in the living room was most uncomfortable and the rooms were always cold. Asked once for heating, but never received an answer so we used the heater in the kitchen. The host was at times unbearable as she kept telling us what to do or not to do repeatedly as if we were children. Through our multiple exchanges, she also mentioned that she was a lawyer. We were charged an excessive amount for a simple fix to her heated...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had found the hotel based on searching for somewhere we hadn’t been before. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be able to walk around the grounds in the evening. While there isn’t a great deal to do in Ware, Scott’s Grotto (only open Saturday afternoon) and Hatfield House (30 minutes drive away) are both worth a visit. Thank you to all who made it an enjoyable weekend away for our family.」
